Before Restoration
We are proud to show the whole process of how we turned this leaky roof that was blasted with three inch gravel into a fully adhered (rubber membrane anchored with glue) EPDM roof which we are confident will remain water tight for years to come.
Overview of the Roof
Using our drones, we were able to take a bird's eye view of the flat roof.
Piles of ballast on the roof
If you click on the image to see more details, you will notice the piles of old gravel that are in the process of being removed. The future roof will be fully adhered EPDM.
