Old Mechanically Fastened EPDM
Due to the limitations of mechanical fastening, the strips of EPDM are only five feet wide which you can see in the spacing of the seems.
Failing Patch Work
Here's an example of an old patch that was failing-- in other words, a leak point.
Old Drain
Our installers had to squeegee standing water into the drains at the beginning of the job in order to install new EPDM.
